Hi,

I was just at this Pick n Pay and I'm really upset at the behaviour of your staff Thandiwe Ncwane and when you ask for management they refuse to come to customers to hear you out. I am a regular customer at this Pick n Pay and on numerous occasions I have had discrepancies with my till slip totals either when they have combo specials of things being duplicated. So today I bought things which were on special and your Domestics is annotated as sanitary Liq lav blast, I then went to the gentleman who was helping the cashier to pack to ask what that was as I thought it was an error and he said the sunlight liquid refill was double charged. My frustration was on the fact that why is it everytime when I make purchases I often have to have a correction done and this is becoming repetitive. I asked to speak to the manager who did come or even respond as I was standing in front of where he sits. This time it was a mistake of understanding as the domestos is not written as we know it but what got me ****ed is the fact that your cashier decided to shout at me at the store when the person who said there is an error was her colleague who said the sunlight was duplicated instead of the Handy Andy. I'm really disappointed especially since majority of the staff there no me and I have never had any problems with them and this was the first time but your management and Thandiwe really bring down the your service level that is expected in your stores.
