I went to Pick n pay Thavhani mall to withdraw Capitec Cash Sent. Tshilidzi assisted me. After inserting the pin he call someone to assist him without telling me what is happening after few minutes they both tell me to go to other cashier to withdraw without telling me the reason. when I insert the pin I was told my transaction was declined by the bank, I went to the bank and I was told is pick and pay, I went back to pick n pay, I was told there is nothing that can be done, Constance said I must bring bank statement after 48hr the other lady who refused to give me the name said it will take 24hrs and they both left me standing there. One of the ladies says she don't even have time to listen to me and left
