COMPLAINT

Good day,

I am writing this complain as a very Sad customer of Pick N Pay most importantly the one in Sandridge Square (Midrand Noordwyk). I am ver much disappointed with the way a security guard has treated me this past Saturday (29/01/2022) I arrived running at the door step of the store mentioned above at 18h58 to be the EXACT and the security guard shut the door right in my face after letting in a customer infront of me. I asked him to open for me and he wanted to as he could see it was not yet 19h00 (their closing time) but one of the guards inside made a sign with her head shaking it as a sign of a (NO, DON'T). I begged them a until one of the managers even came and said they should have opened for me, but still they wouldn't. I am very much disappointed at this POOR service. I just want to understand the protocol and the procedure of the trading hours of this store as a valuable client who lives very close to the shopping complex. I honestly feel like the guard(s) where very personal towards me without following the right trading hours procedure. Since Saturday I have not went back to the store again as I would not like to have such a treatment again. I would really appreciate if this can be taken into consideration and treated as an urgent matter. I would still like to go to the store without being fear of a same or similar treatment.

I would really like to hear frin from you as soon as possible.
