Complaint.

I bought chicken from pick n pay Rosebank yesterday, it was off & smelling. I tried to reach out to their customer care department - they called & informed me my matter will be attended to by the store manager. When the store manager called, he first told me that I was supposed to have brought the chicken back, when I asked if I should have left work just to bring the chicken back. He then told me that I need to have a smart shopper card in order for them to refund me, otherwise he cannot assist me with anything - I did advise him that I'll escalate this until they do their job properly & pay me back what they owe me.
