Complaint

Pick n Pay Ilanga cashiers have the worst service. They are either always slow or rude. Today I had to greet the lady 3times,she didn't acknowledge me as she was busy talking with the lady that was packing. I asked for R200 cash back twice which she also didn't acknowledge she heard me and rather continued chatting away. I had my pnp shopping bag in my hand she ringed a plastic bag which i didn't ask for nor was I asked if i needed 1. I didn't even notice as i was concentrating on her rude attitude. I then paid and told her i never asked for a plastic bag,gave me an attitude,dismissing me "ah sisi sorry". I then told her it's because u are busy chatting and not acknowledging me as a customer confront of you. I have experienced bad service many times,pnp cashiers are slow on lunch times,forgetting people are on lunch service needs to be quick. They are either chatting away or deliberately slow. I work in retail at that same mall Ilanga mall,and one thing i never miss is treating a customer well,acknowledging them and always givibg the best service. My colleagues also complain about pnp a lot. They are too relaxed at their work place.
