I have bought long life milk at pick n pay during December. The reason why I buy long life milk is because I dont drink milk at all, I just use it in my food like white sauce for pasta dishes.

When I opened the box of 6 this weekend to use it in my white sauce the milk was past the best before date that was early in December already, which means that pick n pay sold milk to me that was past its BB date.

Since I dont have my slip anymore, I mean who keeps their grocery slips for a month, I threw the milk in the dustbin.

However today I decided to contact pick n pay's customer service regarding my issue.

1) Now I get "punished" for not having a smart shoppers card because now they cant trace my purchase? Really????

2) I get "punished" because I dont file my grocery slips for months for incase pick n pay sell me products past best before date? Really???????

3) I get "punished" because they have 3 stores in my vicinity, which means that it depends on where I am in town, which store I use. So for that reason I cant say with cer*****y which store I bought the milk from!!!! Really?????

So whomever is reading this review, please ensure that no matter what, if you buy from pick n pay, keep your slips for months, you might need it. Make sure you always use the same store because if you cant remember at which store you bought a product, it becomes your problem. Make sure you have a smart shopper card, because apparently you are forced to have one, its not your choice.

Better yet, DONT SUPPORT PICK N PAY
