complaint

I was harassed by a security guard at Pick 'n Pay Chris Hani Mall in Vosloorus on the 30th September 2015 just after 17H00 while I was with my husband. After paying for my goods on the till my husband queued on the lottery queue while I took a sit just next to the till where I paid for my goods. I then noticed this security guard moving around me but not saying anything. I went to my husband to get a lottery ticket and went back to the sit where I was sitting with my goods in the trolley. After about 15 minutes I joined my husband on the lottery queue where we both played. We then left the shop after playing the Lotto. About 40 metres away from the shop this security guard came to me and demanded to know how I paid for my goods. I told him I paid in the till next to where I was sitting but he insisted he did not see us paying for these goods. I showed him the receipts but he did not even bother to apologise even in the presence of his colleague who swiftly pushed him away from the scene as most people in the mall were now watching to see if we stole the goods or not. I then went back to the shop and demanded to see a manager to whom I reported the incident. He took my particulars
