COMPLAINT
We purchased a Aim 49 inch smart tv for R3999 and the tv is useless, the apps don't work, we cannot stream...... use Netflex, Dstv or anything. This is false advertising !!! On the box it states that all these apps work. If the app store on the tv doesn't work, then why sell it to people ? This is a waste of time and is a huge inconvenience. We want what we paid for. Was purchased yesterday evening (23 July 2019) I want to know what is PNP going to do about this, can we get a refund or change the tv for another one? I am furious. Can someone please help me
