I went to the store ( springfield in Durban) I bought pick n pay brand maize meal , I t had a mould inside and it was smelling. I went back to the store the service that I was given it was very bad the lady assisted me it was Mpho and I was told that the manager is busy I cant talk to him. fortunate enough when I was going I saw the manager (Shimal floor manager) I explained to him off which he was apologetic and h promised to send me an email regarding the maize meal up until today nothing I called the customer care they did a conference call he promised to contact the regional manager (Mr. sabelo Ziqubu) and then after that he promised to call me , he never did
