Complaint
I placed two orders online with pick n pay online shopping on 2018-11-23 and I was suppose to collect my orders at east rand mall on 2018-11-24 between 10 and 14,I went there on the 24 and I was told my orders were delayed and will only be ready for collection the next week,I waited a week and I sent numerous emails to their online department but nobody phoned me,I ended up calling their call centre to call and get my money refunded and I was promised my money will reflect in my account within 7 days,seven days has passed and I still haven't been credited Pick n pay doesn't live up to their promise
