Complaint

on 26 June @ 18.10 I paid at the Pinelands store. I purchased a Pink step ladder, among other things, and the step ladder was unfortunately not placed in my trolley. I discovered this when I got home, and called the store the next morning. I gave the details on my slip, cameras were apparently checked, and the above was verified. Since then, I have contacted the store at least once a week telephonically, as well as gone into the store at least 4 times for this matter. I have spoken to a number of managers, and given my contact details to so many people I cant even remember. Nobody has ever bothered to call me back, and when I went into the store, I was told it was sold out and promised call backs. I am yet to receive any info on this matter. Spoke to a manager in store in last week, who again promised to call me back! To date, nothing!

Logged a complaint on pick n pay website on 15/08. Haven’t heard anything.

Cannot believe the level of service I am receiving.
