Complaint

Festival Mall branch sucks, and the stuff there has a bad attitude I shop there every day and you always feel unwelcome. So this morning, Tebogo, I don't know if he is the ma anger or what, but as I tried to pay my items on the till end of he was standing there and shouting we don't have change. I personally think that's inappropriate and unprofessional, he is supposed to make a plan for the customer to get change but he or according to him. I also think the attitude of the staff is influenced by him.
