it's unfortunate that I feel the urge to mention and shame the brand and the person by the name of Esther from the pick n pay in ebony mall, ebony. I was at the store in line for a few supplies only to witness how she gave the lady at the till a warning in front of everyone and calling out Joyce for her incompetency. and it's not the first time I heard her shouting at the staff working at the tills.
