Complaint

Hi,on the 7th December 2020 I bought a yogurt at Pick n Pay in Highveld mall in witbank that had expired on 9 November 2020. On 8 December I went to Pick n pay Ryno Ridge witbank for an exchange but was told I need to go back to where I originally bought, I called the store where I bought, spoke to the manager, I think,Sipho was the name he said I shouldn't drive there he will send someone from the store called Tumelo to bring it. I'm not satisfied with how Pick n Pay treated me,because it showed that they dont care about their customers. No matter how small the item is
