Complaint

Bought food online from the ASAP app, my money was taken but the app did not process my order! I called pic ‘n pay and I was told my money would be reimbursed within 3 to 7 days, it’s been two weeks and my money hasn’t been sent, I’ve been calling and calling and still nothing is being done about this, I’m so mad and inconvenienced, the service is so bad hey and they don’t care, poor services!!!!
