Complaint

I went to pick n pay today 27th December 2019 and I forgot my smart shopper card at home, but I remembered I have an app on my phone with all my cards, and to my understanding of this app, u load all your cards on there and just show or give your phone to the cashier to scan. I paid and told the cashier at pick n pay vangate mall I forgot my cards but I have it on my ph. To my surprise the cashier said the scanner doesn't work and I ask her to punch in the number. And to my surprise she replies that they can't punch in the number. I was so shocked because a big company like pick n pay and they can't punch in the card number OMG. Please Raymond Ackerman get with the times, and upgrade your systems. I have lost points due to a stupid system that you can't even punch in a number. Pick n pay in Vangate Mall is the worse store I have ever been, not just because of this, but over time experiences. Staff have no customer service at all including managers.
