Complaining about Cashier

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the experience I had (29 April 2025) at PicknPay Vryheid CBD. I believe it is importance to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be resolved promptly and to prevent similar issues from recurring in the future.

On Tuesday 29th of April 2025, I was at PicknPay (Vryheid) doing small shopping than when I got to the till I was assisted by a lady her name Zinhle,she scanned all my grocery and ask me to pay than I payed she than said we done I can go, I than asked her nicely ‘my sister did you scan the plastic because I cannot carry all this grocery with two hands, she than responded with a very bad and aggressive attitude, than she add the amount of plastic on what I have already paid for and said I must pay again than after paying I realised that I have paid twice now than I asked her why I’m I paying so much amount now, than She started shouting at me and said the system is offline and what ****ed me off is that she made a reference/comment about Home Affairs because I was wearing my uniform from Home Affairs, she than clicked her tongue, mind you that time everyone was looking at us. I’m even afraid to come in your store with my uniform because I will be judged.Despite my initial expectations and previous positive experiences with your company, this incident has left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I have attempted to address this issue by talking with one of the managers.However, the response I received was unsatisfactory and I fell that my concerns were not adequately addressed . I would gladly appreciate if the PicknPay management ask Zinhle to make a sincere apology to me. I expect to receive a response within 48hrs addressing the concerns raised. I hope that together we can resolve this matter amicably and restore my confidence in your company.
