i went to pick pay at Ebony Park busy corner mall on 26 March 2020, i was buy a flu medication so I took that woods peppermint at shelf it says R22,99 and went i get at the till point Yolena said it's 29,99 then i asked her can you please give me with the price that i saw shelf then she refused and Called her supervisor Boitumelo to come and void it then after i asked Boitumelo to go with me and she said me i can't and then she asked Modiegi to go with me the Modiegi go with then she saw it and called Lindokuhle to go with me then she told her what we saw there then Lindokuhle took it and go with it at tills next to kiosk and print it then i go with him and he saw it aswell then he just leave it with that price then they keep me us waiting ,for a long then i asked the cashier to call a supervisor for me the. Boitumelo came then i asked her can you please authorize that medication with the. price that i saw she refused then i asked them to called a manager for me , the store manager give a me an attitude then i asked him can you please tell that guy to press it with the R7,00 he said no I can't and I can't authorize it ,i asked him are you refusing he said by the way am Solomon ,then i said a pick n pay customer care an email they just tell me that they saw my they receive my email but they didn't call me yet still waiting for their call cause am really hurt about the service they give me at pick n pay Busy corner Ebony park Mall,can you please assist me cause I am really hurt about the service they give am not happy
