I received an exceptional service from Mr Mojela and Mr Maplanka from Pick ‘n Pay Jubilee Mall. I had lodged a complaint earlier in the month and they rectified it exceptionally well and beyond my expectations! Pick ‘n Pay Operations team kindly provide Mr Mojela with an opportunity to develop himself at HQ; he’s a dynamic brand ambassador who lives by the PNP dna principles, store level is just too easy for him. Give this man a new challenge! His service inspires me to want to go back into retail management.

PNP kindly educate us as customers about the different stores so we are aware that some promotions don’t apply at all stores. Today I learnt that there are stores with red catalogs which signify stores that are predominately in townships and they have their own specialty promotions which don’t apply elsewhere. . Preferably rather s**** this as it would remove ambiguity and make it less complicated for the consumer to shop. Let the prices in the PNP catalogue apply to all PNP’s unless it mentions PNP Hypermarket. I expect the same level of service I receive at Pick ‘n Pay V&A Waterfront from any Store with the PNP logo even if it’s in a small township like Hammanskraal.
