Complain

Hi there,

Every second Saturday, I go to Pick N Pay mall in Orange Farm Eyethu Mall, I have to wait over 20 minutes plus just to bet Lotto, I go there around 10:00 and the queues are long everywhere with empty tills. I complained twice and only been helped after 10 minutes as one teller was working on the money market till with 3 tills available and no Cashiers. Peter the Cashier was doing 10 items customers payments, money market and lotto at the same time.

The guy I complained at told me he called the Supervisor(Innocentia) which I don't know why on pick hour there was no cashiers at the tills. After many of customers complain, is then she placed teller. This is unacceptable. Shoprite was offline and they are very helpful and it takes me 5 minutes to place my bet.
