Complain about bad service

Was at pick n pay Westgate, I waited outside in the queue for more then an hour, after waiting I went to security to ask why isn't there a quicker system to service customers, coz this is not the pick n pay I know to be. He told me they wr told to wait till everyone in to come out. So many people keep leaving the line. So *********** and inconsiderate , I'm not sure if I'd ever buy at pick n pay anymore.
