Complain

I have a problem with the store manager at Clearwater mall picknpay his name is Johan i was a marchendiser at the shop an it happens tht the plug i was using the declaration sticker was old an went out so he said i stole it wen i ask for evidence or footage they don't have so now this manager went to the other shop that i moved to he told the manager to chase me away from his shop cause im still a suspect an now Johan doesn't want me near picknpay even to buy food so in short he burned me to enter even as a customer cause im no longer working the please help me to understand this situation
