Complain

On 25.10.2021, 8:37am, I was paying at Pick 'n Pay Bluff in Durban. I am next in this queue as soon as the cashier finishes the current customer. Sandra Naidoo is the Cashier name, I start offloading my trolley and my groceries starts rolling, then I wait. They are now starting to cash R350 for the client, the packer is assisting the client to punching her ID number on the POS, SMS goes to the cellphone cashier does something on the cellphone for the client then transaction is successful, they do the next transaction, as well as the 3rd transaction, then, while in the middle of the 3rd transaction a young man comes on the packer side and he speak to her and the packer calls the cashier and say, see who is here. Then as the cashier finishes this transaction then they now starting to serve this going man, also it is the cashing of the R350.00. Now I decides to ask if I am in the right queue coz no one is saying anything to me I have been standing here for so long. The cashier says we won't be long this customer was here before, hhayibo! You should have told me that, but no you are lying, coz packer lady called you and says, look who's here and you greeted him. You have already been long, now the young man is responding to me, he is saying no sir, I cannot allow you to disrespect my aunt in front of me, then I ask, are you working for pick n pay coz right now I'm complaining to pick n pay staff, he says, I'll shoot you, I'll wait for you outside. So Pick n Pay staff prioritizes relatives, they don't wait in the queue. I complained with the management, the manager phones me in the afternoon and tell me he spoke to the cashier and packer they both don't know the young man. Nonsense! I had phoned kzn head office and the lady promised to get the manager to phone, of which he then phoned, but today, I have someone who threatened to shoot me because of these two ladies prioritising their family members, it's a shame and management didn't handle this matter to my satisfaction, not a single apology nothing. Any way, Pick n Pay Bluff, has lost a loyal customer. I really do miss shopping there, but I cannot wear a bullet proof for shopping at Pick n Pay just in case the young man is there and the Aunty point me.
