Complain

I just received a vey rude agent from Pick 'n Pay who just hanged up on me.

I was calling querying about my RCA card that is not linked to my smart shopper. I was just that she cannot assist me as i need to go to the nearest Pick 'n Pay. As i was trying to explain to her, she just hang-up on me.

I have never used my card and want it to be cancelled. The number i called was ***.
