Complain

On Saturday I withdrew R300 at Pick n Pay ola's 2 Movhango then the electricity went off and the money was withdrawn from my account. They refused to give me my money and said they must investigate if the money it's on them or me. Please help me. Everytime when I get there they laugh at me even the manager and supervisors saying there are still working on it. I even opted to send them my bank statement as proof plz help. Disebo Van Rooi
