Complain

I bought sunbake white bread at pick n pay and the bread was rotten and to my surprise on the package it was expiring on the 24th and I bought bread on the 19th and problem was I saw the bread when I was making breakfast for my kids and when I got to work 1 of my colleague had the very same problem and she had the receipt and we went to pick n pay to complain about it and they just refunded her the money without apology and they told us to complain to sunbake because is not their case and I did sent sunbake whatsapp and no respond. Whoever who is reading this please be careful of this because they still packing the very same bread on the shelf and the expiring date is wrong.
