Complain

On Sunday the 11th of January 2026 we were at PicknPay mall@reds for a few items and I saw containers priced R20 and when we got to the till they were R109, I told the cashier the price price I saw and we went to comfirm that's when she called her supervisor and told her from a distance what the problem was and Bridget the supervisor answer from a distance "that is impossible", and we won't get it with the price we saw.She then called their floor manager who is Margret, who also screamed from a distance that we won't get them with the price we saw, now I'm not writing this because of the pricing issue, the stuff there has a no respect for their customers, Bridget did not greet us, I had to greet her and to think that they left us in the till for about 5 minutes saying we will call them when we are ready to void those containers and my partner had to go talk to the floor manager telling her that she has to aknowledge their pricing mistake and come apologize to us for shouting at us as if we were the ones pricing their stock. Senior management for picknpay please take your stuff for customer service and atleast tell them to respect their craft
