Complain

My grandfather bought a heater & he was never told that because it was on sale he can't return it & on the slip it warranty is 2years,but the store refused to help my grandfather father Now they are saying he broke the heaters leg, but truth is he found it like that, but didn't care about that leg as the heater can still stand on its own No cashier told my grandfather that he can't return the heater due to the fact that it was on sale, but when he returned it he was treated like trash He poured R300 petrol for who ever he asked to take him to three rivers & logically if he was told that he won't be helped with the heater if it's broken why would he take it back to the store? It's been almost 2 months and the store haven't called him or anything Am very disappointed in how they treaded him & won't advice any 1 to buy from that pick n pay ever again
