Complain

As I write this post with a th****** heat...

Went to pick n pay liquor birchleigh north on Friday afternoon around 18h00, I must say, want an awful way it was to end my Friday.

I was just being a consumer minding my business, took a bottle of wine which was marked down, and went to pay.

I was then told that the special was finished, I then asked to see the manager by the name of Goodness Mahlangu.

This lady is really an excuse of a candidate representing pick n pay management, she was so rude and kept on blaming me for not checking on the website for the listed specials on the pick n pay's wine club. Yet she had left incorrect price tags all over the shelves, which she claims ended on the 2/06/2019, four days later 6/06/2019 the prices are still on the shelves.

I told her that the wine should be given @ the advertised price, she tgen told me that it was not a right. I then told her I'd report this to the head office, she then had the audacity to tell me to go ahead and said "go ahead, my name Is Goodness Mahlangu and come report back to me" while showing her name tag with attitude.

I was so disappointed in the manner in which she handled herself and treated me as a customer, she's rude and doesn't deserve to work in customer service.... Truely a bad example to the staff!
