Complain

I just experienced the worst service from Pick n Pay Daveyton Mall. I was served by lady with a name tag titled Baby, however my receipt states the cashier is actually Obakeng Pheto. This was at 18:50 on the 9th of April 2018. "Baby" greeted me and started scanning my goods one by one constantly pausing to gossip with her 2 colleagues next to her. 1st of all, they were gossiping about the previous customer who was served before me. She kept me waiting and continued to chat to her colleagues. I just stood there with my card and money in my hand while went on and on. Eventually she came back to her sences and apologised. Took my money and immediately continued with her gossiping. She gave me my change and went on to her gossiping. I asked if she wasn't going to pack ny goods into my carry bag. She laughed and asked me if I really expected such service from Daveyton branch. Her colleague joined in the conversation and said they don't have packers and they laughed. Baby then continued talking to her colleagues and said that I was a disrespectful customer.
