Good day A Very bad evening i just experience after a long day when i tried to shop at Ebony Park pick n pay,went there to get grocery for my family and i had an item in my pocket when i went to the store which i purely forgot about. only notice the item i had while i was supposed to pay an i immediately alert the cashier and ask her to call the disrespectful security to take note of the item i had before i entered the store cause is also being sold in there so it mighty when i go out the security point of search it might ring the bell. So i asked them to just confirm on the CCTV before i can go out with my grocery to avoid being accused of maybe stole the item when they search or confirm the slip for my grocery. While i was waiting for almost 20 minutes just to check if they winning i was told by the disrespectful CCTV security lady with hurtful and disrespectful manner that am wasting her time with small thing where's i was trying to protect my self of being call a ***** but i got insulted and made me small a regret going there to shop or asking for help. Security named Mina she's very rude and disrespectful and it seems she has no concerns of what is happening at the store and anyone can do what they pleased at pick n pay and get away with it because she feels like doing her job is a waste of time. Management need to deal with her nasty behavior and disrespectful way under a big brand like pick n pay, because they even said is not first time she has done that to clients.
