Competition Rules not followed!!

There was an atmosphere of excitement at Northgate Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket at 12pm today, when the draw for the car competition took place. Before the draw it was announced that the winner must be present at the draw to win the car. However it is not stated on the Terms and Conditions in store that you have to be present to win the car.
