Company's new name is Pick 'n Delay

The Pick 'n Pay Hyper in Bedworth Park always has an insufficient amount of tellers (cashiers) working on any given day. This leads to increased congestion in the store which leaves ALL those in the store extremely aggravated. This has been going on for years. It is despicable to treat the thousands of loyal customers this way. Over 20 tills, 7 are open. Is 30% acceptable to you Pick 'n Pay? It is so easy to fix this, do so immediately. Shopping takes 30 minutes, waiting to pay takes 2 hours.
