Company that does live up to their values

On the 1st April 2021 I purchased candy coated eggs at Pick n Pay festival mall and was over charged as the price on their system was different from the price on their catalogue/Easter weekend promotion. The store manager/supervisor could not assist at the time. I then sent an email to their head office, got a case number *** (17329) and response from Yaaseen Johnson that management team will contact me but received nothing. I made a follow up from the same case but a new case was generated (22006) and from this I didn't receive any feedback till this very day.
