Common sense
Was at the store to buy some pens and water. The only 500ml cold water was in the kiosk on the outside of the main retail space where the cigarettes are sold . I was told I had to pay for the water and go back inside and stand in another line to pay for my pens. Not impressed at all staff should use common sense. It seems this is clearly lacking. I don't understand why I couldn't take my water inside to pay once for all my goods why did have to stand in two lines?
