PnP has teamed up with BP, but the super heroes that PnP Customer Services team is talking about has never given me assistance or feedback regarding the fact that BP Merriman in Stellenbosch cannot capture your points. We've been there a couple of time and the issue of capturing was still not addressed. My reference number: 77779 means nothing as my follow up emails are just being ignored.

If you can't cope then you should inform customers that you cannot at this stage compete with more established partnerships like Clicks and Shell. Maybe you can find out what platform they are using; and if this team consists of your super heroes than I leave this service or lack of service for you the judge... Just common decency would be great to keep us in the loop and answer your emails....get ordinary people with values to do it for you...your super heroes are superb in showing how not to render a good service!!
