Originally from the WC, I am used to always getting thorough customer service from Pick 'n Pay stores as i have heard their head office is based there. So when deciding to step into a quant, 'not so hidden' PnP store set in Montclair shopping centre, DBN, for a quick stop shop i wasnt sure what to expect.

Greeted brightly by a lady by the name of Ansuya, (the customer service manager- i knew this from the board outside the store) i was hoping she could direct me to someone who could show me to the pay points, isles as well as help me choose a quick prezzie for my g/kids visiting- one would swear i have never shopped at PNP before lol! I choose to do shopping online as life just always seems to get in the way. However, she told me it was no problem, addressing me by sir which i have not heard by a retail worker in a while, and she would gladly direct me to wherever i needed to go! No fuss no "hold on, let me get the manager to help" just great hands on service! Staying true to her position. I even grabbed a few extra items for dinner! Ansuya, i would like to say thanks for the help and true service, you are on the go, efficient and beyond helpful, as i did not before as i was in a rush!
