Comlpaint about pick n pay product

I have bought a yogurt from pnp and only to realize when am about to use it that it has no seal. I have written to pnp customer service to complain about this. Till date nobody has bothered to respond to me. This is so disappointing for such a big company to treat customers like this. Purchased on 03/01/2021 and sent an email on 05/01/2021
