Collected stickers and yet to receive my casserole

I shopped and shopped so that I could collect stickers for a casserole and I am yet to receive it. I was told there is no stock , I have been to different branches and always get the same said back to me ' there is no stock and we don't know when we will receive stock' I have left my details at 2 branches and still waiting for a call back. There are many people sitting with the same issue! Are we going to get the casseroles or not???
