Collected returned off dairy and no refund

Ref on emails 389687 I placed order *** on 7 August. They said it was undeliverable yet we were home all day. I made numerous calls following up on the 7th. I spoke to 4 different people saying they calling the store and the order will arrive. By 5pm still nothing arrived and no one called me back. On the 8th after requesting the order be canceled as we had to go out n buy the stuff from Spar, the order arrived and my helper accepted it not knowing i cancelled. All the dairy products were warm as if they were not refrigerated overnight after failed delivery. The pie came stale and hard clearly the pie sat overnight also. I then got a call to check if order was delivered and i told the guy who said he was from the store that the dairy stuff is all warm and i do not want it. He said he will get it collected. No apologies. No substitute. No feedback. The next thing a driver arrived to collect. I told my helper send the dairy things back. They collected it and up till today i have received NO FEEDBACK AND NO REFUND. IS THIS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE? I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER. YOU TOOK R349.91 despite saying 1 item was out of stock too.
