COLLECTABOK Promotion - an Exercise in "Fire Someone"
They extensively advertise the COLLECTABOKS promotion and then run out of cards a month before the end of the promotion!!!! Pathetic is the only answer!

28 Nov 2025, 15:21Instead of hiding behind Terms and Conditions you should rather have ensured that YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS were not shortchanged by you not honouring your commitment to see this promotion to the end!!!!!
I heard that your Corporate Stores were issuing huge quantities of cards to customers instead of limiting them to 10 as per your Terms and Conditions!
No wonder you ran out of cards!!!!
YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS SUPPORTED YOU FOR THE PROMOTION, YOU DID NOT SUPPORT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS IN RETURN!!!!
Do you think that a youngster who was excitedly collecting the cards and insisting their parents shop at PicknPay are interested in your Terms and Conditions???
You should have printed extra cards and extended the promotion by a month!!!!
As an absolute minimum you should display apology posters in all of your stores
