Collect direct pnp protea Glen Shopping Centre

I placed an order yesterday at 12:48 using the collect direct shopping. As per your instruction allow a 2 hour slot which I did as I was hoping to collect at 4. I received no callback from the store. I had to call them back around 6 and the lady told me has knocked off(store is closed) advised me she will get back to me in the morning. I had to call them back @10:15 and I was told again they would call me back. It's now 11:33 still no feedback. It's almost 24 hours since I placed an order but yet you work on a 2 hour slot. Pnp please explain your process and turn around as your services have failed me.
