Coffee Club specials ****
So called Coffee Club specials on Nescafe Cappuccino 2@R80 does not exist, when queried,, 1)not at this store, 2)not on the system, 3)only for the "plain" version and 4)finally, only from the Coffee club store?. Please check your slips before leaving store, this was planned when they advertised this 2 weeks ago for this week Customer service of no help, aware of nothing, not even existence of the store

30 Aug 2021, 16:10Good day, You are obviously not going to even try to resolve this, I tried to sort it out in store(same as running into brick wall) and they are not going to do anything as head office are the ones who advertised a non existing promo. I understand why you are so called "busy", why not just be honest and serious about business?
