Coen @ PNP Woodmead

Coen at PNP Woodmead Retail park does not deserve the so called "manager" position he holds. He does not know how to speak to customers as has a "don't care attitude". I was recently at your store and purchased quite a few items. The lady had closed the till as I had paid with a card and I only thereafter had asked her for some change to tip the guy that was going to help push my trolley and load my vehicle. She was not able to and I thereafter proceeded to 4 more cashiers and was told by each of them that they were not able to provide to me a R10 note! I then was told that Coen was the manager in charge of the cashiers and that he would be able to help. I advised him that I was very upset as I had only wanted change but the cashiers were acting like I had not purchased anything so I was not "entitled" to change! He raised his voice at me and said "they do not have to give you change". I then told him I only needed it for the guy pushing the trolley and he did not care. I then told him that the service is terrible and I don't think that I would return to the store for my future shopping. He responded saying "that is good and you don't need to". I walked out angrily and feel that PNP Woodmead need to rethink having such an individual in such a position.
