****roach found in a hamburger roll

On the 16 April 2015. I was working late so I bought hamburger rolls at pick n pay in promenade malls branch. So I found out while I was eating that there was something I bite on, so I had a look and found out it was a ****roach. I stopped just there on when to report it & I told the guy in charge who's name is Roskin he respond that he could not assist me but he can only give me a whole chicken which I wasn't fully satisfied with. I told him I don't want the chicken because I felt sick and nausea i didn't evens had an appetite I never felt so disgusted in my whole entire life & why can't they put someone in charge that can deal with such customer service cause his service is totally unacceptable. I mean it's a ****roach and he wanna bribe with a chicken that's unacceptable.<br> <br> <br> <br> . <br> <br>
