Clueless staff and supervisor
I entered the Tiger Brands promotional offer for a free loaf of bread. I recrived my sms which I tried to redeem on Monday, 29 July 2019 at Woodmead Pick n Pay. I was very upset as firstly none of the cashiers knew about the promotion then when a supervisor was called they **** to us claiming the voucher had expired while the website reflects that the voucher expires on the 31 August 2019 only.
