clueless, and unhelpful

<p>Cape Gate pnp has no baby trollies</p> <p>the customer service is terriable i asked where i could get the baby formula as i was not use to the store set up as i normally shop at n1 city. When i asked them for the item they looked me up and down and said straight to me they dont know and i must go look for myself.</p> <p>second of all i went to the customer service desk to buy stickezz for my son the ones that he did not have. i asked the lady for the ones i needed she huffed and puffed and said she doesnt know what the names of the stickezz where so i had to get the paper out of my own holding a baby and pushing a trolley just to get the picture of the stickezz to show her which i needed. then she looked in a container and said i dont have them yet when i looked in the container they where there and pulled out the ones i could see. then i got attitude from her and was told im not allowed to just take them out. any way i paid for the ones i took and left with disgust. i will never shop there again ill stick to my other branches</p>
