Clothing purchase got me stitched up - 9 Sep 2016

<p>I have bought Cherokee Jeggings twice from PnPay clothing and been helped by Devi Moodley each time. This last occassion I bought yet another pair, the fit is perfect for me. I wore them and noticed a seam on the leg was coming apart. I took my receipt in and asked Devi to swop them for another pair in perfect condition. She flew off at me saying that 'NO ONE' would take these back as I had worn them. I pointed out that there was a flaw in the stitching and she raised her voice at me in front of all and present saying I have worn the imperfection into the trousers. I was non-plussed, I couldn't believe it. Am I to analyse my purchase in case there is a problem before wearing/consuming the goods? I wish to take the matter further, if I hadn't been so upset I would have asked to see a manager. Upset and afraid.</p>
