Closed on baking cakes
Went to order the birthday cake for my son's birthday and was told their closed. Not the first time ordering from them even 2014 I bought cakes from them and now they always closed in December. They sent me to Costa (department manager) who told me the latest they can bake a cake for me is on the 03.01.2016 but their rule is you order a day before collection day. No notice to us as customers to say we not taking any orders. The least they could do is notice us before time. How do I find the item in such short notice.
