Closed complaint without resolving!!!!!
I posted a complaint about the smart shopper discount not being app**** to my till slip. I should have paid R40 less than I actually paid, so I complained on here last week. You guys responded with that automated, unhelpful response. When I gave you what you requested, you closed my complaint without resolving! You guys have no shame
